OUR STORY

It started with a goal to live a healthy life but there was a problem...

I’ve always considered myself a “health freak,” while my husband sat proudly on the opposite end of the spectrum—chilled out, food-loving, and occasionally… lethargic. After our marriage, I discovered he had constant gut issues and constipation. And despite my obsession with fitness, I wasn’t perfectly healthy either—I struggled with stubborn migraines, gastric issues, occasional mood swings, stress etc.

Then came early 2025.
THE ORIGIN

A brand built to solve a personal problem

When my husband’s health reports revealed elevated cholesterol levels, we turned to Ayurveda in search of a natural, long-term approach to wellness. Every morning began with traditional preparations—Arjun ki chhal, dalchini water, and soaked seeds. While the benefits were promising, the reality was challenging. The process was time-consuming, inconvenient, and difficult to sustain in the middle of busy family and work life. That experience revealed a simple truth: Ayurveda works, but modern lifestyles often make it hard to follow consistently.
