At Prakroot Ayurveda, we strive to deliver authentic, safe and high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, certain return and refund conditions apply as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video and clear images must be shared as proof
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 48 hours
- Personal dislike of taste, smell, or results
- Health supplements once delivered in proper condition
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once the return is approved and received:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
If replacement is preferred, we will ship a fresh product at no extra cost.

- If pickup is unavailable, customer may courier and share receipt
- Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed for approved returns
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
